What days and times can I schedule an inspection?
Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Feel free to contact me for weekend appointments.
Do I need to be home for the inspection?
Yes, someone has to be there to give us access to check electrical, heating and cooling, plumbing and roofing. To be able to do this we need access to kitchen, bathrooms, service panel as well as all the rooms to check for roof leaks .
During the inspection , someone needs to be present unless the house is completely vacant.
When will I or my agent receive the report?
The inspection report will be received the next business day .
Shall you need it for the same day contact me prior to the inspection.
Are there any charges for canceling or rescheduling?
If you call to reschedule or cancel your inspection, more than 3 hours before the inspection time, there is no additional fees . If not received prior notice, a $20 rescheduling fee will be applied.
Do my electricity or water service have to be on for the 4 Point Inspection?
The inspector will check the electrical system and plumbing. Therefore, water and electricity have to be on at the time of the inspection. Note: Some utility companies will turn on the water and electricity for one day if you let them know it is for inspection purposes only.
